Introducing....Bee Bags!

Have you ever had an idea that just sat on your shoulder and whispered in your ear, month after month?  Well, today, I'm here to tell you that this one finally got off my shoulder, and hopefully into kitchens of busy people, soon!
As you may have noticed by now, I love to cook.  But, it seemed like when I had some of my best ingredients ready and ripe in the garden, I was too busy tending the gardening and attending farmers markets, to do much with them!  Invariably, I was missing an ingredient for a recipe I wanted to try, or just short on time.  Sometimes it was just that a certain row needed weeding or watering and before I knew it, dinner time was upon us.
I just knew I wasn't the only one who had this problem. Well, Bee Bags are one answer to the question of "What's for dinner?" that plenty of busy people face every day. Bee Bags have the ingredients needed to fix a complete meal in 40 minutes or less. Many of the recipes are just 30 minutes. When the growing season arrives, we'll be utilizing our own garden produce as well.
I hope you will check them out at www.MyOrganicNeighborhood.com.  We are delivering in Albert Lea, Monday through Friday beginning Monday, February 18.

Our family moved to our 20-acre farm in 2004. It's been an adventure as we fixed up (or rather are still fixing up) the house, planted the pasture, and invited various critters to share our space. This is our story of experiments, successes, and failures that hopefully reflect the great joy we experience growing our family on this organic farm.
