So, now that I'm thinking, while I'm watching it snow in the middle of April, I'm thinking that microgreens might provide an option for our early Farmers Market customers. It's clear Mother Nature isn't planning to give us much time to get things in the ground early. So, it's time to experiment. 10 varieties, started on April 22.
